Vanilla Mousse


  • 4 graham crackers, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup thawed whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup Fruity Pebbles Cereal


  1. Divided grahams evenly among 8 individual dessert dishes; set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add condensed milk, beating until well blended after each addition. Add vanilla; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  3. Spoon evenly into prepared dessert dishes; sprinkle with cereal. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
