Diversity, equity and inclusion

At Post Consumer Brands, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts (DEI) are driven by employees and empowered by the company.

Our DEI Advisory Committee is comprised of employees from across the company. Members represent the collective voices of our employees and meet often to identify areas of the business in which ongoing improvements can be made to strengthen our culture and make the company more diverse, inclusive and equitable. Committee members offer guidance and perspective for more collaborative decision-making processes and input to company DEI strategy.
