Place chocolate, corn syrup and butter in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 2-1/2 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal; mix well.
Shape chocolate mixture into 18 (2-inch-long) football shapes, using slightly moistened hands. Place on large sheet of wax paper; cool completely. Decorate with gel to resemble the lacings on footballs.
