Grape-Nuts Spinach Dip


  • 1 package (8 oz.) reduced-fat block-style cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 3 Tablespoons snipped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/2 cup Post Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 2 slices of turkey bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • To serve: Carrot sticks, celery sticks and red bell pepper strips


  1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, yogurt, spinach, garlic, dill, oregano, basil, marjoram, salt and pepper. (At this point, the mixture can be refrigerated until ready to serve.)
  2. When ready to serve, fold in Grape-Nuts cereal. Transfer to serving bowl and top with crisped and crumbled turkey bacon and additional Grape-Nuts cereal. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks and slices of red pepper for dipping.
