Combine corn syrup and sugar and heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring frequently. Mix hot syrup with nut butter, then combine with cereal. Turn cereal mixture onto a non-stick sprayed cookie or baking sheet, then use sprayed parchment to press firmly. Cool to room temperature before cutting with a mustache-shaped cookie cutter. Use leftovers to make a pocket on top of each cut-out to secure the popsicle sticks (optional). Melt the chocolate chips (in the microwave, in 15-30 second intervals, stirring between each interval). Add coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir. Blend in food coloring, if desired. Pour chocolate over the shaped snack bars or use a pastry/bbq brush to add a textured effect. Let cool/ harden before inserting a popsicle stick in the middle as shown.
