At Post Consumer Brands, we believe great work starts with great people. We’re proud to share that this belief has been recognized for the fourth year in a row by being named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minnesota Star Tribune.
The rankings in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
At Post, we recognize this recognition isn’t about a single moment or achievement. It reflects the experiences, voices, and everyday actions of our employees across the organization. It’s a testament to the type of workplace we’re building together every day — one rooted in collaboration, living our values, and a shared commitment to making delicious food accessible for all.
To qualify as a Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplace, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 10,527 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
“The companies in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota,” said Steve Grove, Star Tribune CEO and Publisher. “My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
What This Recognition Means
The Star Tribune Top Workplaces award is especially meaningful because it’s based on employee feedback. It is because of our teams’ shared perspectives — what it’s like to work here, how they feel supported, and how connected they are to our purpose — that gave us this honor.
In April, all Minnesota-based employees at Post had the opportunity to participate in an anonymous survey sharing their thoughts on what it’s like to work for the organization. Out of the more than 1,300 employees who were sent the survey, nearly 45% responded. Based on the number of Post employees based in Minnesota, we received placement within the large category for the fourth time since we began participating in 2023.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees,” said Tonya Brake, Chief Human Resources Officer at Post. “It reflects the pride we take in our work, and the culture we’re building together not just here in Minnesota, but across the entire Post network. It is our people who make it such a great place to work.”
Let’s Keep Building
While we want to take time to recognize this accomplishment, we know that the work will continue. Post will continue listening, learning, and improving to make Post a great place to work for everyone.
Thank you to our team members for showing up, speaking up, and continuously shaping Post into an employer of choice across the communities where we have a presence. Your contributions, big and small, are what make this a place where people want to be.
