This summer, Post Consumer Brands™ welcomed 21 interns across its corporate offices and manufacturing sites.

Each intern spent nearly three months at Post Consumer Brands immersing themselves in real-world work that gave them a look at what their futures could look like. They managed impactful projects and helped improve our products, operations, and business.

2026 Internship Program Highlights

Over the course of the program, interns tackled projects in product development, process improvement, brand management, supply chain, and more. They also connected with leaders and Post employees, participated in volunteer opportunities, and enjoyed fun social events with their fellow interns.

Hear from Our 2026 Interns

Internships are about learning and gaining skills that can be applied to whatever happens next. See what some of our interns said is the most valuable thing they are taking away from their time at Post Consumer Brands.

“The most valuable thing I’ve learned is that relationships really matter. By meeting with so many people across PCB, I’ve been able to learn from their experiences and better understand the business. I’ve also gained a much deeper understanding of demand planning and the role it plays in keeping everything running smoothly.”

  • Isabel Carey, Supply Chain Intern, Lakeville Office

“How to interact with people. I have been working on a project that involves the cooperation of all four shifts that work in Lawrence and it has been great getting to know everyone, hearing varying concerns, and working through problems to benefit the whole of the group.”

  • Joey Cave, Manufacturing Engineering Intern, Lawrence Plant

“The most valuable thing I have learned is how a plant runs. I have never had any sort of experience like this, and I absolutely love it. I think it is so cool to see how food manufacturing companies work to get that box of cereal on the grocery store shelves.”

  • Annika Crabb, Quality Food Safety Intern, Northfield Plant

“That it’s okay to not know every answer. There are so many resources to help you learn, especially the people around you. If you don’t have the answer, someone else can help you find it!”

  • Ellie Falk, Product Research and Development Intern, Lakeville Office

“The most valuable thing I have learned during my internship is that I am capable of succeeding in my chosen career path. This internship has instilled me with confidence both in my abilities, and in my choice to pursue consumer insights and analytics.”

  • Madi Froslie, Insights & Analytics Intern, Lakeville Office

“The most valuable thing I’ve learned during this internship is how to effectively work in cross-functional teams. In a plant where we have one common goal — to make delicious, safe cereal — working with other functions is extremely necessary. As an engineer, it is crucial that I collaborate and communicate well with others to accomplish our shared goal. I also learned how much company culture matters. It is great to see a company live by its values and consciously follow them every day.”

  • Sarak Ginck, Manufacturing Engineering Intern, Tremonton Plant

“This internship has reinforced how essential it is to lean on others to help you learn and achieve goals.”

  • Amber Kraft, MBA Brand Marketing Intern, Lakeville Office

“Learning from others about how they support trusted, scalable, and widely available analytics has taught me how much goes on behind the scenes in ensuring the business is equipped with the information they need to make critical decisions.”

  • Eva Nolan, Data Science Intern, Lakeville Office

“There are a lot of people more than willing to help and offer advice on projects or material. In a lot of situations, learning from a manager or senior will allow you to understand the situation a lot better than figuring it out on your own.”

  • Joss Okutsu, Finance Intern, Lakeville Office

“The most valuable thing I have learned during my internship is the importance of moving horizontally across the organization. Leadership has emphasized the value of learning broadly rather than rushing up the hierarchy and becoming burnt out.”

  • Reagan Rushing, Brand Media Intern, Lakeville Office

“I have learned how to balance multiple projects at once in a professional and effective way.”

  • Cayden Smith, Manufacturing Engineering Intern, Northfield Plant

“The most valuable thing I have learned during my internship is how to fit into an office environment and understanding what goes into selling items at Walmart.”

  • Kanton Taylor, Walmart Sales Intern, Bentonville Office
