At Post Consumer Brands, our purpose is “To make lives better by making delicious food accessible for all.” These two simple words “for all” also guide our approach to DEI. We are committed to ensuring opportunities are accessible for all, regardless of identity, background, personal experiences and perspectives. We believe in building an authentic and inclusive culture for all, where our people feel welcome to bring their whole selves to work. We strive to make products accessible for all, regardless of financial circumstances, background or preferences.

We know words are important. They inspire us, they create focus and they bring us together to achieve our shared goals. But words aren’t enough on their own. That’s why our approach to DEI is intentionally pragmatic. We focus on living our values and doing right by our employees, customers, consumers and the planet.
