Post Consumer Brands® is thrilled to be named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.

The Top Workplaces list recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from 124,719 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.

Representatives from our Human Resources team attended an awards recognition banquet on Tuesday, June 13 that announced Post’s placement in the top 200. Post was ranked 31st in the large company category (companies with more than 500 employees).

News of the award was shared with employees during a monthly companywide town hall by Tonya Brake, Chief Human Resources Officer for Post.

“This recognition is extra special to us, because it was earned based on feedback from all of you, our valued employees,” said Brake. “PCB is a special place to work, and for that to come through in the survey from our employees is great to see – finishing within the top 50 companies is something we are very proud of.”

The survey was made available to Minnesota-based Post employees during the month of April. To be considered for recognition, a minimum of 35% of employees had to respond to the survey. Participation was completely voluntary, and out of the nearly 1,170 employees that the survey was sent out to, more than 500 employees responded.

“This is the first time PCB has participated in the survey in several years, and we’re thrilled with the results,” said Michelle Krebs, Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, who spearheaded the survey efforts. “We look forward to continuing to spread the word about what a great place PCB is. I also want to thank all our employees who participated in the survey.”

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 5,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.

A complete list of those selected is available at startribune.com/mn-top-workplaces and was published in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section on Sunday, June 18.
