At Post Consumer Brands, we believe doing the right thing goes far beyond the work we do at our manufacturing sites, distribution centers and offices. It’s also about showing up for our neighbors; lending a hand where it’s needed; and sharing our time, talents and resources. Whether it’s packing food, mentoring students, hosting donation drives or cleaning up local parks, our team members are finding meaningful ways to give back in the places where we live and work. Here’s a look at how Post Consumer Brands employees have recently brought our value of “Do Right” to life through volunteering and giving back.
Bentonville Office Fights Food Insecurity
The Northwest Arkansas team is making a major local impact. In partnership with the Samaritan Community Center, Post Consumer Brands donated 15 pallets of Malt-O-Meal bowls, helping fight food insecurity for families in the region. They also took part in a cereal drive hosted by the Northwest Arkansas Foodbank and proudly donated over 10,000 boxes, surpassing the nonprofit’s goal and outpacing major competitors. A proud moment in the fight against hunger.
Battle Creek Plant Goes All Out At Community Events

Our Battle Creek team has been out and about in their community! During Post Cereal Night at a minor league Battle Creek Battle Jacks baseball game, fans enjoyed PEBBLES™ cereal giveaways, themed jerseys and even PEBBLES cereal-inspired poutine in the stands. But that’s not all! At this year’s Cereal Fest, Post Consumer Brands showed up strong with a collaborative cereal sale benefiting local nonprofits including the United Way, Haven and Women’s Co-op; marched in the community parade with our 130th anniversary float; and served over 2,000 bowls of cereal at the world’s longest breakfast table. It was a fun and heartfelt way to connect with the community and give back.
Sales Team Awarded 2024 Silver Plate Award

Post Consumer Brands’ efforts also made waves at the Minnesota Grocers Association Champions Luncheon, where we were honored with the 2024 Silver Plate Award for our participation in the Bag Hunger Campaign. This recognition—made possible through a cross-functional team effort—resulted in a $2,000 donation to a Minnesota food charity of our choice. It’s just one more example of how we’re working to make delicious food more accessible for all.
Remote Orrville Team Packs Food Bags

In Ohio, the team joined forces with Feeding Medina County, volunteering their time to pack 450 food bags for local children who rely on weekend meal support. Volunteers also sorted general donations to help fuel the organization’s broader walk-in program. It was a hands-on, rewarding day of service and one the team looks forward to doing again.
Northfield Plant & Distribution Centers Support Local Baseball Team

Our Northfield team got in on the baseball spirit too, supporting the local amateur team, the Dundas Dukes, with their own version of a hometown sponsorship night. They found a fun and creative way to show up and celebrate their community.
Together, these efforts paint a powerful picture of what it means to “Do Right”. They remind us that giving back and showing up isn’t just something we do — it’s part of who we are.
To every team member who has contributed their time, energy and heart: thank you. You’re helping us to make a difference in each community we represent. Learn more about corporate social responsibility efforts at Post Consumer Brands.
