In May of 2015, Post Holdings, Inc. acquired MOM Brands and combined it with Post Foods to form Post Consumer Brands™. This historic union of two storied companies not only yielded the third-largest cereal manufacturer in the United States but also started us on the journey to where we are today. In the past decade, we have expanded upon both companies’ legacies by bringing delicious food to families across North America.

“Over the last 10 years we have accomplished great things, and we’ve brought joy to a lot of families,” said Nicolas Catoggio, President and CEO of Post Consumer Brands. “We will continue to build on our tradition of feeding the whole family in the next 10 years and well into the future.”
Post boasts the largest portfolio of cereal offerings in the industry. In fact, it is the only cereal company with all cereal technologies — bakery, milled and flaked, direct expansion, shredded, sheeted, gun puffed, and hot — but it has become so much more than that over the last decade. A series of strategic acquisitions brought us into peanut butter and pet food, and we quickly established ourselves as a key player in both markets. Now, whether it’s a bowl of cereal, a spread of creamy or crunchy peanut butter, or tasty treats or meals for our four-legged family members, Post has something delicious for everyone at your table.
At the core of all Post’s products is the drive to make the world better while ensuring everyone has a seat at the table. The company is investing in positive change and is committed to continuous improvement. Post strives to do right for its people, communities, and the planet and that is evident in the work that its 4,600-plus employees do every day.
