Post Consumer Brands® is thrilled to be named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.
Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from 149,176 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
Representatives from Post attended an awards banquet on Thursday, June 20 that announced our placement in the top 200. Post was ranked 26th in the large company category, moving up 5 spots over last year’s ranking.
“Earning a spot on the Star Tribune Top Workplaces list is a tremendous accomplishment,” said Tonya Brake, Chief Human Resources Officer. “This recognition speaks volumes about the positive and collaborative environment we’ve aimed to cultivate here at Post. And it’s a testament to the incredible people who make this company so special.”
The voluntary survey was made available to Minnesota-based Post employees during the month of March. Out of the nearly 1,221 employees that the survey was sent out to, nearly 500 employees responded.
Recognition like this helps with recruiting efforts, specifically for jobs at our Minnesota locations. “This is the second year Post has participated in the Star Tribune ranking, and we’re extremely proud that we improved over last year’s results,” said Michelle Krebs, Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. “We look forward to sharing our story with prospective employees about what a great place Post is.”
To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. This year over 5,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on employee responses.
A complete list of those selected is available at startribune.com/mn-top-workplaces and was published in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section on Thursday, June 20.
