Grape-Nuts Pre-Workout Energy Shot
- 1/3 cup strawberries, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice
- 4 teaspoons Grape Nuts Cereal
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped walnuts
- 1 container (4 oz) low-fat orange yogurt
- Garnish: twist of orange
- Soak chopped strawberries in orange juice for 30 minutes. Drain off excess juice.
- In a small bowl, combine Grape Nuts Cereal cereal and finely chopped walnuts.
- In a tall shot glasses, layer 2 teaspoons of the strawberries, 2 teaspoons orange yogurt and 2 teaspoons of the Grape Nuts Cereal mixture. Repeat with 2 more teaspoons of strawberries, 2 teaspoons of orange yogurt and finish off with a sprinkling of the Grape Nuts mixture. Garnish with a twist of orange.
