Grape-Nuts Post-Workout Tropical Refresher
- 1 container (6 ounces) low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 2 Tablespoons Grape Nuts Cereal
- 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- Garnish: fresh mint leaves
- Place all items in a blender and process until smooth.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
