Grape-Nuts Post-Workout Tropical Refresher

MADE WITH: Grape Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 container (6 ounces) low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 2 Tablespoons Grape Nuts Cereal
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • Garnish:  fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. Place all items in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
