2 containers (6 oz. each) strawberry low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp. flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cereal, 3/4 cup flour, the sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half of the cereal mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 8-inch square baking dish; set aside.
Beat egg, yogurt and 2 Tbsp. flour with wire whisk until well blended; spread over crust. Sprinkle with the remaining cereal mixture.
Bake 30 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 16 bars to serve. Makes 16 servings, one bar each.
