Cereal Yogurt Bars

  • 2 cups Post® Raisin Bran cereal
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) strawberry low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flour


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix cereal, ¾ cup flour, the sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
  • Cut in margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Press half of the cereal mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 8-inch square baking dish; set aside.
  • Beat egg, yogurt and 2 Tbsp. flour with wire whisk until well blended; spread over crust.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining cereal mixture.
  • Bake 30 min. or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 16 bars to serve.
