  • 1 tbsp Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt with low-calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fat-free dairy whipped topping optional
  • Chopped peanuts optional


  1. Combine bananas, yogurt, milk, Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter, honey, and vanilla in blender; blend on low until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and finish with whipped topping and peanuts, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
