Post Consumer Brands Named as a Top 25 Minnesota Employer in 2025

The Minnesota 2025 Top Workplaces list highlights the most progressive, people-first companies in the state and we’re proud to be among them once again. Rankings are based entirely on employee feedback, measuring things like engagement, satisfaction and overall organizational health. In other words: this win came straight from our own team members.

Post team members from across Minnesota were invited to take the anonymous survey in March, and over 500 employees completed the survey.

“Earning a spot on the Star Tribune Top Workplaces list for another year is a tremendous accomplishment,” said Tonya Brake, Chief Human Resources Officer. “This recognition speaks to the type of workplace we’ve built together — one where people feel supported in driving our success. It’s a testament to the incredible people who make this company so special.”

Representatives represented Post Consumer Brands at a special awards banquet on Thursday, June 12, to celebrate the big win in person — and hear the exciting news of our jump up the list.

“Landing in the Top 25 is a big deal,” said Michelle Krebs, Associate Director of Talent Acquisition. “It is proof that the work we’re doing internally is resonating and we can’t wait to share this story with prospective employees.”

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. This year over 5,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on employee responses.

A complete list of those selected is available at startribune.com/minnesota-top-workplaces-list-ranking and was published in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section on Sunday, June 15.
