Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup hazelnut spread
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups Malt-O-Meal® Peanut Butter Cups cereal
- 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Measure cereal in a large measuring cup or bowl. Set aside.
- Melt hazelnut spread, corn syrup, and sugar over medium heat only until melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir.
- Pour cereal into mixture. Stir.
- Add peanut butter/chocolate chips. Gently stir and stop before the chocolate chips start to melt.
- Using a cookie scoop drop cookies on prepared baking sheet.
