Peter Pan Peanut Butter Muffins
These delicious peanut butter muffins use Peter Pan™ Creamy Peanut Butter to create a rich, satisfying bite that’s great for breakfast or an easy snack.
Ingredients
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1½ cup whole milk
- ¾ cup Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the milk until smooth.
- Whisk in the Peter Pan Peanut Butter until creamy and well-combined.
- Fold in the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Add the peanut butter chips and fold in, being careful not to over mix.
- Line a 12-count muffin tin with muffin liners. Fill each muffin cup most of the way.
- Bake at 400°F for 14-17 more minutes until the centers are completely set.
- Allow the muffins to cool, then serve!
