Mixed Berry Protein Cookies

Mixed Berry Protein Cookies are a healthy, protein-packed treat for all the cookie lovers out there!


  • 2 slightly brown bananas
  • ½ cup dry oats
  • ½ cup Post® Premier Protein® Mixed Berry Almond Cereal (slightly crushed)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Mash bananas with a fork
  2. Mix in oats, cereal and vanilla extract
  3. Form into cookies on baking sheet, about 2 in wide
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
