Mixed Berry Protein Cookies
Mixed Berry Protein Cookies are a healthy, protein-packed treat for all the cookie lovers out there!
- 2 slightly brown bananas
- ½ cup dry oats
- ½ cup Post® Premier Protein® Mixed Berry Almond Cereal (slightly crushed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Mash bananas with a fork
- Mix in oats, cereal and vanilla extract
- Form into cookies on baking sheet, about 2 in wide
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
