Malt-O-Meal® Coco Roos® Cupcakes
- One box of chocolate cake mix
- One container of pre-made chocolate frosting
- One bag of Malt-O-Meal® Coco Roos®
- Colored sprinkles
- Collect your ingredients according to the cake mix box. Mix together in a medium bowl.
- Preheat oven to 325°F or temperature on box. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
- Fill each cupcake two-thirds to three-fourths full with batter.
- Bake cupcakes according to instructions on cake mix box.
- Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Frost the cupcakes and place sprinkles on top.
- Place Malt-O-Meal® Coco Roos® on top of the frosting layer and add a few more sprinkles.
