Malt-O-Meal® Coco Roos® Cupcakes


  1. One box of chocolate cake mix
  2. One container of pre-made chocolate frosting
  3. One bag of Malt-O-Meal® Coco Roos®
  4. Colored sprinkles


  1. Collect your ingredients according to the cake mix box. Mix together in a medium bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F or temperature on box. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
  3. Fill each cupcake two-thirds to three-fourths full with batter.
  4. Bake cupcakes according to instructions on cake mix box.
  5. Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  6. Frost the cupcakes and place sprinkles on top.
  7. Place Malt-O-Meal® Coco Roos® on top of the frosting layer and add a few more sprinkles.
  8. Enjoy!
