Honey Almond Granola Squares
These Honey Almond Granola Squares are a make-ahead snack bar made with almond butter, honey, coconut oil, dried fruit, granola, and toasted oats. They set up in the fridge for a firm, sliceable square that’s great for grab-and-go snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peter Pan™ Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried apricots
- 2 cups Premier Protein® Honey Almond granola
- 1 cup Mom’s Best™ Old Fashioned Oats toasted
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil. Stir constantly over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until melted.
- Pulse cranberries and apricots in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Stir chopped fruit into peanut butter mixture, along with granola and toasted oats.
- Transfer to an 8-inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until firm; about 8 hours or overnight.
- Cut into 16 squares.
Notes
To toast oats, sprinkle onto baking sheet; bake in 350°F oven, tossing halfway through cooking time, for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
