  • 2 ounces applesauce
  • 2 ounces yogurt
  • 2 ounces strawberries diced
  • 2 ounces blueberries
  • a 5 ounce jar


  1. In a jar, in layers: applesauce, yogurt, blueberries and strawberries . This leaves enough space for cereal and for you to eat. Place cereal in a separate container. When you are are ready to eat, put the cereal in the jar, this gives it a crunchy taste. Enjoy!!!
