Crunch Cereal Crusted French Toast
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices of your bread of choice
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups crushed Honey Bunches of Oats cereal
- **Honey for drizzling
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in small baking dish
- Soak both sides of bread in egg mixture then coat both sides with crushed up cereal.
- Cook in skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, then remove from pan, drizzle with honey, and eat!
