Crunch Cereal Crusted French Toast

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices of your bread of choice
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups crushed Honey Bunches of Oats cereal
  • **Honey for drizzling


  1. Heat butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in small baking dish
  3. Soak both sides of bread in egg mixture then coat both sides with crushed up cereal.
  4. Cook in skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, then remove from pan, drizzle with honey, and eat!
