Coconut Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Wake up to the delicious taste of these no-bake coconut peanut butter energy balls, made with Post™ cereal staples Better Oats™ Quick Oats and Malt-O-Meal™ cereal. They're easy to make and can be enjoyed throughout your week as an energizing breakfast or a midday pick-me-up!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Better Oats™ Organic Quick Oats
- ¼ cup coconut shredded
- ¼ cup ground chia seeds
- 1 cup Malt-O-Meal™ Crispy Rice cereal
- ½ cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter or your favorite nut butter
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Roll into the size balls you prefer. You can also use an ice cream scoop to form them.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat!
