Mixed Berry High-Protein Bites Recipe
Power through your busy day with Mixed Berry Protein Bites – the perfect high-protein snack for when you’re on-the-go and need an energy boost!
- ½ cup dry oats
- 2/3 cup Post® Premier Protein® Mixed Berry Almond Cereal (slightly crushed)
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit in fridge for half hour.
- Roll into small balls about 1 in
- Store in air tight container in fridge.
