Banana-Pecan Crunch Parfait
- 2 cups Great Grains Crunchy Pecans Whole Grain Cereal
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup thawed whipped topping
- 2 Tbsp. pecan pieces
- Place 1/2 cup of the cereal in each of 4 parfait glasses.
- Add bananas and extract to whipped topping; stir gently until well blended. Spoon evenly over cereal.
- Sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately.
