Banana-Pecan Crunch Parfait


  • 2 cups Great Grains Crunchy Pecans Whole Grain Cereal
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 cup thawed whipped topping
  • 2 Tbsp. pecan pieces


  1. Place 1/2 cup of the cereal in each of 4 parfait glasses.
  2. Add bananas and extract to whipped topping; stir gently until well blended. Spoon evenly over cereal.
  3. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately.
