Cannoli Dessert Parfaits
These parfaits embrace the rich, creamy goodness of a cannoli. With just the right amount of sweet and crunch, you just might find yourself making this spin on the Italian treat on a regular basis.
Ingredients
- 16-ounce container ricotta
- 8-ounce container mascarpone
- ¼ cup honey
- Honey Bunches of Oats® cereal
Instructions
- Spoon the sweetened ricotta/mascarpone into the bottom of an 8-ounce mason jar.
- Top with mini chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle with some Honey Bunches of Oats® cereal.
- Repeat layers one to two times, really as much as you can fit in the mason jar.
