Crunchy Honeycomb® Cereal Squares
This one's got a bit of everything—popcorn, Honeycomb® cereal and peanuts—all mixed together in a peanut butter syrup. It's salty and sweet and oh so satisfying. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup light corn syrup
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ cups Honeycomb® cereal
- 1 ½ cups popped popcorn
- ½ cup chopped salted peanuts
Instructions
- Mix syrup, peanut butter and sugar in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes or until mixture comes to boil.
- Add cereal, popcorn and peanuts; mix well. Press firmly into greased 8-inch square pan. Cool completely.
- Cut into 16 squares to serve. Makes 8 servings, 2 squares each.
