The report details progress across four key areas: sourcing, operations, people and products.
Sourcing Highlights
Post Holdings fully activated the HowGood sustainability intelligence platform to evaluate environmental and social impacts across global ingredients. The company maintained 100% Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil Mass Balanced-certified palm oil sourcing, and 64% of the top 5 suppliers for the company’s top 10 global ingredients have mature sustainability programs.

Operations Highlights
Post Holdings achieved a 15% reduction in absolute scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions compared to the fiscal year 2020 baseline, positioning the company on track to achieve its 30% reduction goal by 2030. The company also maintained a 91% landfill diversion rate across all active sites.
People Highlights
Post Holdings donated over 10 million pounds of food in fiscal year 2025 and launched an updated All In @Post mission statement to foster an inclusive environment. Post Consumer Brands was once again awarded as a Minnesota Top Workplace in 2025.

Products
The company maintained 100% GFSI-certification or equivalent for company-owned facilities and co-manufacturers while continuing to implement How2Recycle labeling across its product portfolio.
