Directions
Heat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin cups or line with baking papers. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; stir just until all ingredients are moistened.
Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake at 400°F. for 18-20 minutes or until center is firm to the touch. Yield: 12 muffins.
