At Post Consumer Brands, we are committed to delivering high quality, great tasting cereals.  You can try our cereals with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If you are not satisfied with a Post product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, we want the opportunity to make things right, so you may request a coupon or refund.  Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us at https://www.postconsumerbrands.com/email-us/, write to us at the address below, or call our consumer affairs line at 1-800-431-7678 within 45 days of the date of purchase.  Our phone line is open from 9am – 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product.  As requested by Post, you will need to submit a receipt or other proof of purchase demonstrating the product was purchased from an authorized seller, the complete date code from the product package, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.  Post may also require that you submit photos of your product or packaging, or mail the unused portion of your product to Post using a pre-paid shipping label.

Guarantee Guidelines

Post reserves the right to verify information, limit the quantity of refunds made in a single request, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a consumer has abused the Guarantee.
