Fruity PEBBLES™ Cake Bread

Ingredients 

Bread:

  • ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Topping:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tablespoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal for topping

Directions

Bread:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Line a bread pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray
  • Combine all bread ingredients except the ½ cup of Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal using a whisk or hand mixer until smooth
  • Fold in ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal
  • Pour mixture into lined and sprayed bread pan
  • Bake for around 40 minutes
  • Allow loaf to cool for about an hour before glazing

Topping:

  • Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer or whisk until there are no clumps
  • Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle the icing over the top of the bread
  • Sprinkle with ½ cup Fruity PEBBLES™ cereal
  • Serve and enjoy!
