Malt-O-Meal® Fruity Blasts™ Snack Mix

Ingredients 

  • Malt-O-Meal® Fruity Blasts™ cereal
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter
  • Gel food coloring (teal, pink, orange, purple or whatever colors you choose!)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 16 tablespoons honey
  • 16 cups pre-popped popcorn
  • ¼ cup Nerds or sprinkles

Directions

  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon honey in a microwave safe bowl for 20 seconds.
  • Stir in 3-4 drops of one color of gel food coloring.
  • Pour over 4 cups of pre-popped popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
  • Repeat with the remaining steps in separate bowls with the remaining food coloring (be sure to keep colors separate).
  • Allow popcorn to dry for 1-2 hours before combining.
  • Combine all colored popcorn (16 cups) and 4-6 cups of Malt-O-Meal® Fruity Blasts™ cereal and mix.
  • Sprinkle ¼ cup Nerds or sprinkles on top.
  • Serve and enjoy!.
