Malt-O-Meal® Gluten-Free Crispy Rice Turkey Treats

Malt-O-Meal® Crispy Rice Treats


  • Mini gluten-free peanut butter cups
  • Mini hard-shelled, candy-coated glutenfree chocolates (red and yellow)
  • Regular hard-shelled, candy-coated gluten-free chocolates (orange)
  • 1 bag or at least 75 gluten-free candy corns
  • Gluten-free candy eyeballs
  • 2 cups gluten-free white chocolate chips


Malt-O-Meal® Crispy Rice Treats

  • Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and butter heavily.
  • In a large pot, melt 1 stick of butter and stir until light brown.
  • Add vanilla extract and stir.
  • Add all but 2 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Add Malt-O-Meal Crispy Rice cereal and additional 2 cups of mini marshmallows.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Pour Malt-O-Meal Crispy Rice cereal mixture onto cookie sheet and gently press with damp hands to spread out evenly.
  • Set aside to cool for 1 hour.


  • Using a greased, circular-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 15 circles and set aside.
  • For the following instructions, melt white chocolate chips and place in icing bag to use as glue to secure to Malt-O-Meal® Crispy Rice Treat.
  • Place mini peanut butter cup face down, just below center of the Malt-O-Meal® Crispy Rice Treat.
  • Place 5 candy corns surrounding the peanut butter cup for the turkey feathers.
  • Place candy eyes, cut in half orange hard-shelled, candy-coated chocolate and red mini hard-shelled, candy-coated chocolate on peanut butter cup surface to create the eyes, beak and gobbler.
  • Place 2 yellow, mini, hard-shelled, candy-coated chocolates underneath the peanut butter for the feet.
  • Repeat!
  • Store in covered container and eat within 3-4 days
  • Enjoy!
