Crunch Cereal-Crusted French Toast

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices of your bread of choice
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups Honey Bunches of Oats® cereal
  • Honey for drizzling


  • Heat butter in large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in small baking dish
  • Soak both sides of bread in egg mixture then coat both sides with crushed-up cereal.
  • Cook in skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, then remove from pan, drizzle with honey, and eat!
