Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; lightly grease foil. Set aside. Mix cereal and flour in large bowl; set aside.
Place honey and butter in small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal mixture; mix until evenly coated. Press firmly into prepared pan.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or lightly browned. Cool. Remove dessert from pan, using foil handles. Cut dessert into 32 bars. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
