Chocolate Rice Crispy Football Bites

  • 4 cups Cocoa PEBBLES™ cereal
  • 6 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • White decorating gel


  • Measure Cocoa PEBBLES™ cereal into large bowl; set aside.
  • Place chocolate, corn syrup and butter in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 2 ½ minutes or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring after 1 ½ minutes. Stir in vanilla. Pour over Cocoa PEBBLES™ cereal; mix well.
  • Shape chocolate mixture into 18 (2-inch-long) football shapes, using slightly moistened hands. Place on large sheet of wax paper; cool completely. Decorate with gel to resemble the lacings on footballs.
