Post Grape-Nuts Low-Fat Crust
- 1 cup Grape-Nuts Flakes
- 1/4 cup thawed frozen apple juice concentrate
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cereal in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until finely crushed. MIX cereal crumbs and apple juice concentrate until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 5 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Makes 1 (9-inch) crust or 8 servings.
