Peanut Butter & Banana English Muffin
- 1 small banana, divided
- 1/4 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 whole wheat English muffin, split, toasted
- 1 tsp. raisins
- Cut off 1/4 of the banana; set aside for later use. Mash remaining banana in small bowl. Add cereal and peanut butter; mix until well blended.
- Spread peanut butter mixture evenly onto muffin halves.
- Slice remaining banana; arrange on muffin halves. Sprinkle evenly with the raisins.
