Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 14-inch pizza pan with foil; lightly grease foil.
Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on high 45 sec.; stir in marshmallows. Microwave an additional 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are puffed, stirring after 45 sec. Add cereal; mix well. Press firmly into prepared pan.
Bake 10 min.; cool 15 min. Remove from pan. Carefully remove crust from foil to wire rack; cool completely. Spread crust with cream cheese spread just before serving; top with fruit. Cut into 12 wedges. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
