Post Consumer Brands welcomes 2021 interns and Operations Leadership Development Program associates

Post Consumer Brands interns 2021

Meet the newest Post® Cereals team members

At Post Consumer Brands, we’re always looking for talented people who are hungry for their next challenge. An essential part of finding the best talent is our early career programs, including our internship and Operations Leadership Development programs.

The Post Consumer Brands’ internship program gives students who are interested in growing their skills practical experience at a consumer-packaged goods organization and solving real-world business problems. Last year, Post converted more than 75% of interns to full-time employees. Due to the continued success of the program, Post Consumer Brands is growing the number of interns this summer by almost 25%.

In addition to internships, Post Consumer Brands’ plants manage an Operations Leadership Development program that trains early-career team members for future leadership positions.

“The Operations Leadership Development Program is an important part of continuing operational excellence at Post Consumer Brands, said Dave Freese, VP of Operations Strategy at Post. “It’s exciting to work with talented folks and assist them in getting started with their career.”

Below, meet our new Operations Leadership Development Program members and the 2021 summer interns who are working across Post at our plant, sales and corporate locations in Minnesota, Michigan, Utah, Arkansas and Ohio.
