Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP)

Our Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a multi-year rotational program for graduating seniors and graduate students interested in leadership roles. You’ll complete four, six-month assignments in two of our plant or office locations across the U.S., gaining valuable experience for a future leadership role in engineering, continuous improvement, operations supervision, or supply chain. Completing this program will fast-track your career to an operations leadership role. Each associate receives high-level mentorship throughout the rotation, working with an executive in engineering, operations or supply chain. This unique learning and development approach is designed with your success in mind.

Recruitment for the upcoming summer cohort begins the fall prior to the program start date.
